Customer comfort on an airliner has a large influence on client satisfaction. With this thought in mind, airlines, such as United, are beginning to think out of the box and install ultra-comfortable first class suites.
This somewhat futuristic looking design gives each First Class traveler a good amount of privacy, while containing countless features to make a long haul flight as enjoyable as possible. The S shaped cabins consist of seats which recline and allow for maximum relaxation and comfort, a television for entertainment, a table to work on, draws, and storage space so that you can catch up on office work if needed.
Design Mark Peurifoy notes that his United First Class suite is currently implemented on some international flights and will be installed in all of United’s Boeing 777, 747, and 747 international planes throughout 2008.
